"Australian rock blues guitarist releases new album titled Grease
Bucket, with some of Australia's finest musicians.
Recorded with a pile of vintage guitar, amps and effects, Grease Bucket is full of rockers and grooves. Ashton is back with this powerful record with all guitars blazing, with the aid of some of Australia's finest musicians including Screaming Believers bassist Chris Lambden and Paul Wheeler, the drummer from one of Australia's most iconic bands Icehouse. Gospel, soul and rock singer Andrea Dawson joins on backing vocals.
Grease Bucket follows on from two rock singles Ashton recently
released, Lonely on The Run (#3 Classic Rock Magazine's Tracks of The Week) which featured Whitesnake's Neil Murray and former Robert Plant and Phil Lynott keysman Mark Stanway and Get Outta Town, featuring Richard Fortus (Guns N Roses), David Blight (Cold Chisel) and The Superjesus rhythm section Stu Rudd and Travis Dragani."
