This year Vektor is proud to be associated with the annual Yvonne Naude Shootathon.
The Shootathon is an event held in memory of Yvonne Naude and all the other members of our shooting community who have succumbed to cancer.
The event raises funds for the Cancer association of SA (CANSA) and all proceeds from the day will be donated to CANCA. All fees (and any other funds raised for the day) will be donated to CANSA through the Shootathon event. Together, we are going to “Set our Sights for HOPE” this November.
Vektor will host two matches in parallel for this event. Members will have the choice of either shooting the normal club shoot – no entry fee as per normal, or the Shootathon with an entry fee of R200. Both matches will be shot on the same Course of fire.
The Shootathon is a multi-club match and will be hosted by 16 clubs simultaneously across South Africa and Zimbabwe. Although the clubs will each host their match separately, each will present the same Course of Fire, and scores will be combined for a final outcome.

Payment of the entry fee of R200.00 must be made to the Vektor Shooting club bank account and Proof of Payment (POP) sent to Robyn at

If you are entering the Shootathon – you will need to register on the Vektor club Practiscore link as normal AS WELL as the official Shootathon link. This will allow the scores to be loaded into a central match once the various clubs have finalised their matches.
