Route 73 Pub & Grill
Let’s head out into the countryside to Orangeville, alongside the Vaal Dam, to enjoy the freedom of the road and our first September weekend of Spring.
The roads are good, with few potholes, and it’s pillion-friendly. We will stretch our legs in Nigel for a few minutes before heading to Route 73 Pub and Restaurant, a beautiful venue with amazing, friendly owners.
Join us this September spring morning and experience a fantastic atmosphere with good friends and delicious food. There is plenty of safe parking for motorcycles. Affordable breakfast starts at R50.00. See menu.
For those who would like a ride after breakfast over the Magrieta Prinsloo Bridge, a name derived from one of the survivors from a Zulu attack in Bloukrans in 1838, we assume it was constructed in the second half of 1930. A spectacular ride over the bridge can be enjoyed. The Magrieta Prinsloo Bridge is 1.7km from the Route 73 breakfast venue.
