Garlic Harvesting 101: From Garden to Kitchen

It’s almost garlic‑pulling season! Join us for a workshop where you’ll learn exactly when and how to harvest your garlic for the best flavor and longest storage life. We’ll walk through proper digging techniques, curing, cleaning, and storing so your hard‑earned bulbs last and last.

In this class, you’ll learn:
• How to tell when garlic is ready to harvest
• The best way to lift bulbs without damaging them
• Tips for curing and drying garlic properly
• Long‑term storage methods to keep cloves fresh
