這是一個免費、以社區為本的工作坊。我們將在很棒的 Haus Coffee Club 聚會——這是一個全新的空間，建立在「咖啡店應是連結的家，人們在此微笑並感到受歡迎」的信念之上。為了支持他們慷慨的主辦，我們請每位參加者點購一份美味的早餐加咖啡套餐。這就像是在您反思的早上為自己增添動力，同時也支持我們喜愛的本地小店。

活動內容：

忘記沉悶的講座吧。這是一個為期3小時、僅限6人參與的對話式體驗。我們將在輕鬆的早上分享：
- 引導式筆記本大探索，讓您盡情回顧2025年的奇妙旅程。
- 支持性小組分享，為2026年設定真實的意向。
- 一個舒適、ADHD友好模式，您可以同時進食、品嚐、聆聽和參與——無需坐得筆直。這專為適應多工處理、在活動中更茁壯成長的腦袋而設。

Reflection & Design 2026: A Cozy Morning of Connection & Intention

Start your new year with clarity, not caffeine jitters. Join us for a special, intimate morning designed for growth-minded people who believe the best conversations happen over great coffee.

The Vibe:

This is a free, community-focused workshop. We’re gathering at the wonderful Haus Coffee Club—a brand-new space built on the belief that a coffee shop should be a home for connection, where people come to smile and feel welcome. To support their generous hosting, we ask that each attendee orders the delicious breakfast & coffee set. Think of it as fueling your morning of reflection while fueling a local business we love.

What to Expect:

Forget silent lectures. This is a 3-hour, conversational experience for just 6 people. We’ll share a relaxed morning of:

• Guided journaling & reflection to honor your 2025 journey.
• Supportive small-group sharing to set authentic intentions for 2026.
• A cozy, ADHD-friendly format where you can eat, sip, listen, and engage all at once—no need to sit perfectly still. This is for multitasking minds that thrive with a little activity.
