We Hike to Heal - Clemson, SC, FREE Women's Group Hike

We'll be hiking the Waldrop Stone Falls trail area in the Clemson Experimental Forest which is an approximately 2-3 mile trail 25 miles west of Greenville, SC. This is an easy hike with beautiful views along the way. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race.

Along the way we'll see the falls and once we reach the lake, we'll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little gratitude journaling!

Parking: Parking is limited so please carpool if possible.

What you will need for this hike:

• Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
• Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
• Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
• Comfortable moisture wicking clothing - workout clothes work just fine!
• A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
• A towel to sit on if you're uncomfortable sitting on the ground
• Your journal and a pen
