Revive Your Mind Hike

Forest bathing, Nature Rx, Ecotherapy—whatever you call it, nature is good for you! If life feels overwhelming, this hike is your chance to slow down, breathe, and take in the outdoors with mindful intention. Off the beaten path in BREC’s Conservation Areas, we’ll use nature to relax and recharge. Designed for adults, but ages 13+ are welcome with an adult. Join us for a well-deserved dose of nature at its finest!

This program is geared towards adults, but people 13 and older are welcome to attend with an adult.
