Sacred Screaming and Self Care

RESCHEDULED due to weather delays. We've seen the memes and understand that sometimes you just need to scream. This gathering is for women who have been waiting for the opportunity to let it out. We will sit in circle and support each other as we each have a turn at screaming, vocalizing, or whatever other expression you are comfortable with. Complimentary hot tea and tissues as we release our sacred rage. Hands off energy work will be offered to anyone who requests. Free event, $20 suggested donation.
