CCCC COPetition

Join me on Saturday, August 30th for our first competition at the Central City Convention Center! Athlete briefing at 7:00am with the first heat starting at 8:00am.

M/F individuals with Novice, Intermediate & RX divisions. 3 workouts + 1 strength. Fee is $30.

Sign ups begin August 1st. Sign ups end August 29th- please try to sign up before the 30th so I can finalize the heat schedules. Workouts will be released 2 weeks prior.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd for M/F in each novice, intermediate and RX divisions.
