Restorative yoga helps the body rest, heal and return to balance. It is a nourishing practice that affects the whole body. There is little to no muscular activity. Once we settle into a pose, we stay.
This calming practice includes specific arrangement of bones, the support of props and the gentle pressure of gravity. With all these elements working together, harmony in body/mind can be easily achieved.

Perfect class for beginners to yoga and those who prefer a slow paced, relaxing yoga practice. All levels welcome.
Red's Pet Pantry supplies emergency provisions and supplemental pet food to pantries across Cape Cod. The Cape Cod Disaster Animal Response Team/CCDART has developed Red's Pet Pantry with a generous donation from Redmond Bansfield, who passed away in 2017.
