Join us for a two hour event : starting with a full body workout, followed with guided sauna rounds of heat & cool downs ( air, plunge, or snow roll ( if we have snow) )

+ What to WEAR : wear athletic clothing that you feel comfortable working out & sweating in
+ What to BRING : water bottle, clean indoor workout shoes, sandals that are easy to slip on & off for the sauna, bath/beach towel (robe if you want), water shoes/booties if you’d like for the lake
