Saturday Morning Lazy Yoga & Meditation in the Park

Hey guys! We are shifting our start time a little this weekend because it might be a little cooler Saturday, so 9:00 should feel juuuuuuuust right!!! :-) As we transition out of Summer, we will be playing with the start times of our park sessions to get a little more heat. We'll have shade and we'll have sun. You pick! Maybe some of both. Just show up! :-)

We'll be there for an hour of restorative stretching and ooey gooey meditation in the park this Saturday morning! Bring your coffee and good vibes to start your weekend. Throw in a yoga mat and a smile, and we are all set! I'll definitely have a sound bowl or two for this one! 🙂
