Hula Hoop Dance - All Levels

Looking for a hobby that you can dive into in a fun, social space? You are in the right place!

Learn how to hula hoop dance at Spin Circle this summer in the beautiful Centennial Parklands.

I'm your teacher, Lara! I've been hula hooping for over 8 years and have learnt off hoop legends from all over the world. Hula hooping has added so much sparkle to my life and I'm so excited to share it with you!

Classes are built for All levels so it suits hoopers who have never tried it before all the way to hoopers that have been spinning for a while. Hula hooping will help you connect to your body, improve your coordination and just have a great time!

This class will run weekly over summer and you will walk away with tricks that will help you start grow your own flow. Classes will be great for people looking for new things to do in Sydney!

Each class will build on specific tricks so you can drop into class each week without having attended before.

When: Thursday nights 6:30-7:30pm

Where: Centennial Park (exact location sent in confirmation email)

What to bring/wear: Hoops provided but feel free to bring your own if you have one you have been practicing with. A close fitting top is handy when learning on body tricks, otherwise comfy clothes are good to go.
