Fitness in the Parks: Pound® at Lucille Ball Memorial Park (Celoron Park)

We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA of Jamestown New York at Lucille Ball Memorial Park (Celoron Park) on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. for Pound® during #FitnessintheParks. This is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, strength movements, plyometric, and isometric poses. Pound® utilizes continual upper body motion using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks.

Class takes place near the bandshell. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
