Residents - Come on down for the Cagan Game!

HOW TO PLAY:
*Pay your rent on time for three (3) months in a row.
*Come into the LEASING office on the third week of the third month and pick money from the money tree.
*Win anywhere from $5 to $250 off your rent!
*The amount you win is credited to your next month's rent.
Additional rules:
*New residents have to wait three months to play.
*Late payment in the past three months cannot play.
*If 'on notice' you cannot play.
