Join the Washburn University Alumni Association and fellow Ichabods for a spring tailgate party at 12 p.m. as we cheer on the softball and baseball teams. Look for us by the entrance on the east side of the circle drive.
Schedule for Saturday, March 28
12 p.m. | Alumni Tailgate
1 p.m. | Softball double header vs Pittsburg State University at Gahnstrom Field
2 p.m. | Baseball vs Northeastern State University at Falley Field at Steve Anson Stadium
Throughout the tailgate, Washburn Athletics and Envista Credit Union will provide giant inflatables, yard games, interactive activities and more for fans to enjoy. Representatives from both Washburn Athletics and Envista will distribute giveaway items and share information on the new Junior Bods Club Empowered by Envista, including opportunities to sign up.
The tailgate is free for dues paid Alumni Association members, $10 for non-members. Make it a long weekend and join us the night before for After Hours.
Please note: parking in the circle drive of the Indoor Athletic Facility will not be permitted during this event. Advance registration is appreciated, but not required.
