This six-week series is designed to help you better understand the energy behind different emotional states and how to work with them—rather than against them—using the tools of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and ancient yogic philosophy.
Anji’s deeply intuitive teaching style weaves together movement, stillness, and reflection in a way that feels both grounding and expansive. You’ll learn how to gently observe the emotional patterns that shape your daily life, and you’ll be given accessible practices to help you process, release, and transform these feelings into clarity, strength, and insight. Each session will focus on different themes, including the five Prana Vayus (energetic winds), the five Kleshas (causes of suffering), and how they manifest physically and emotionally in the body.
These classes are open to all levels of experience and especially supportive for those experiencing stress, burnout, grief, or transition.
