Walk to End Alzheimer's - St. Luke's Transitional Care Team

Join our Team! The Walk to End Alzheimer's will be on September 20th this year at Kingston Yard (Stage Area). Registration begins at 8:00AM. Promise Garden Opening Ceremony begins at 9:00AM with the walk immediately following.

If you would like a St. Luke's Transitional Care Team T-Shirt, registration must be completed by August 31st. Please let Katie Christensen know what size of T-Shirt you need.
