Thursday Yoga at NewBo City Market

Find your midweek balance with Thursday Yoga at NewBo City Market! Starting September 4, join us every Thursday at 6 PM for a free, all-levels yoga class led by instructor Gretchen Meyer. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, these sessions are designed to help you reset, refocus, and recharge.

Classes will take place in the Market Yard during the early fall, and as daylight and weather shift, we’ll move indoors to Rotary Hall to keep the practice comfortable and welcoming. All you need is your mat, a water bottle, and a willingness to stretch and breathe. Come move with us, connect with community, and leave feeling grounded and energized—every Thursday evening through the end of the year.
