🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Pride Month: Get Bendy with Your Beloved!

Experience the transformation energy of this unique workshop with your partner, first date, hot fling or spouse!

Designed to deepen your connection with yourself and your beloved, this practice fosters openness and mindfulness in a supportive environment. Pairs will be guided through coordinated breathing techniques, synchronized movements & shapes plus tips on gentle assists to deepen poses. The last half hour will be dedicated to playing with the techniques learned, and trying out some more challenging poses. Embrace the journey towards integration and make a date with your beloved for this workshop.

Refreshements will be provided, but feel free to bring your own beverage of choice.

Intermediate experience with yoga or adjacent modalities is encouraged.

Tickets are sold in pairs, and include use of studio mats & props! $75/2 attendees Space is limited!
