Join us Wednesdays at 9:15AM for a new class! A total-body group training experience that keeps you challenged and never bored. Each week brings a new format ranging from circuits with core work, kickboxing and HIIT, to sculpting and strength. No two classes are the same, but every class is designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence for EVERY.BODY.
