The January 2026 full moon, known as the Wolf Moon, occurs on Saturday, January 3, 2026, reaching peak illumination at 5:03 a.m. EST (10:03 a.m. GMT), and it will appear larger and brighter as a super moon because it's near perigee. It will be visible in the constellation Gemini, near bright Jupiter, for several nights around its peak.
