Fostering Strength 2026

Fostering Strength is JLCR’s largest fundraising and advocacy event that brings awareness to youth aging out of the foster care system. This annual luncheon brings together members, sustainers, community leaders, supporters, volunteers, and advocates to share and educate the community on the foster care system in Linn County and how JLCR makes an impact through our Bridging the G.A.P. project.
