Faith-Based Yoga, Drop In Class

Faith-based yoga offers a safe, Christ-centered practice where movement becomes prayer, breath becomes worship, and stillness becomes a meeting place with God.

What to Expect:

Breath work & prayer- connecting body and spirit to God's presence

Gentle movement- strengthening and releasing tension in a safe, mindful way

Scripture Meditation- weaving God's Word into the practice

Sacred Stillness- closing in prayer or quiet reflection


Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, every class is designed to meet you right where you are.

If your soul is longing for renewal and your body for gentle restoration, I'd love to welcome you into this sacred practice.

A little note regarding location: The address for Radiantly Healthy Faith is 716 Oakland Rd NE. This is a very large building and the studio doesn't face Oakland Rd. You will access the studio by turning off Oakland Rd and onto G Ave NE, or via G Ave and turning onto 14th St NE. The door to access the studio is where G Ave & 14th St meet, located near the sign that says "EAST DOCK." There is a parking lot on 14th St that you can park in.
