Documentary Screening: Undercover Rescue

Destiny Rescue is a global Christian organization that partners with local law enforcement to recover children enduring human trafficking and exploitation. Through rescue operations and reintegration programming, Destiny Rescue works tirelessly to restore hope to thousands of children who have been victimized in regions throughout Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Pastor Jared Ballenger, Director of Church Engagement, will be with us on Saturday, August 23 for a showing of "Operation Goldilocks: A Real-Life Rescue." This 50-minute documentary presents actual footage of Destiny Rescue agents going undercover to rescue children out of a trafficking ring in a dangerous district of Metro Manila in the Philippines. We also get a glimpse into the restoration that occurs post-rescue, as children are connected with services which aid in emotional healing, physical health, spiritual growth, and next steps.

After the documentary screening, there will be a time of Q & A. You will also learn how YOU can help give children hope!
