Discover Your Guiding Word for the New Year

Join Jan Griffith, LUL, on Saturday, December 27, from 9 am - Noon in Sacred Grounds and Books at Unity Center of Cedar Rapids. RSVP https://unitycr.org/events/give-me-a-word

We will explore many ways to receive a guiding word for the coming year using Christine Valters Paintner’s book, "Give Me A Word."

Included will be drawing words from a card deck for journaling, meditation with an art journal experience, and a poetry reading.

We will learn about the making of soul collage cards and create one about crossing the threshold into the coming year. You will go home with ideas to guide you for the rest of 2025 to receive your special word for 2026. Love offering with $5.00 to cover supplies.
