About the event

Autumn Equinox Yoga
We will devote this yoga practice to the celebration of gratitude. The yoga flow will bring balance into our lunar and solar energies, on this day of equal amounts of day and night. We will bring some Yin into our practice -to focus on letting go . Our ending meditation will be focused on embracing the shift toward our inner energy, letting go of the things that no longer serve us, and replacing them with positivity.
