Throughout this training, you will explore a multidimensional approach to yoga—one that honors the body, mind, and subtle energy systems. We dive into advanced asana, intelligent sequencing, pranayama, and meditation, while expanding your understanding of the koshas, chakras, prana vayus, and nadis to help you guide students into deeper energetic alignment.
The Ayurvedic modules offer a practical and intuitive look into doshas, seasonal living, digestive fire (agni), and daily rituals (dinacharya). You’ll learn how to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom into class themes, retreats, workshops, and your personal lifestyle so you can support holistic wellbeing—both on and off the mat.
Rooted in classical yoga philosophy, the curriculum studies the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and foundational teachings on the Yamas and Niyamas, kleshas, gunas, and eight-limbed path. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how to apply these teachings in modern life and skillfully weave them into your classes with authenticity and depth.
