You will learn simple breathwork, mindfulness practices, and mindset shifts you can incorporate immediately into your daily life.
Following the discussion, you will settle into a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to help calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and support emotional release.
Leave feeling lighter, empowered, and equipped with tools to navigate stress and anxiety with greater ease, all while giving your body and mind a deeply healing reset.
