6 week Kickboxing intensive

This six week kickboxing intensive will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 7 PM for six weeks starting October 6. We will cover offensive and defensive moves as well as exploring the various combinations to be used to get fit to fight.
These are extremely fun intense and fill up fast. Every experience level is welcome. The cost of this experience is $120 for the six weeks.
