BRU Saturday Run

All paces welcome! Our most typical distance is 5.5 miles, but other regular distances include 3.5 miles, 6 miles, 8 miles and 9.5 miles. We can alter the course for your distance!
For the most typical run (5.5 miles): We begin the run at about 8:04 am to allow for tardy people. We run south on Bethany and turn right (west) on Bronson, before turning right (north) on the powerline trail. We regroup at John Marty park to allow people from different pace groups to catch up with each other. From there, we continue north until we reach Pirate Park, where we turn left (west). We regroup once more at the long bridge about a quarter mile before West Union. From there, we turn left (southeast) onto that long bridge. We cross Laidlaw and turn left before immediately turning right to continue on the trail. From there, we go straight, through the condo complex back to Starbucks, where we usually grab coffee together if we have enough time.
If you would like to go much longer or you would rather run earlier, there is another group called "Cold BRU" that meets at 7 am and finishes just in time for this group. That one accommodates all paces as well. There’s also “Nitro Cold BRU” at 6 am for a little faster runners!
