Synopsis:
Step inside 1790s Philadelphia, where Mary Girard has been locked away in a hospital for the “insane” by her wealthy husband. Alone and bound to a chair, she is haunted by the Furies—ghostly voices that force her to relive the betrayals, secrets, and injustices that led to her confinement. As reality and memory collide, audiences are challenged to ask: who is truly mad—the woman or the society that silenced her?
