Campfire Talk: Firecraft for Beginners

Learn how to build a campfire!

Join a Ranger at the Penn Farm firepit to learn everything from fire safety to what kind of wood to use. Make your own firestarter and finish the evening with some s'mores!

When: Saturday, January 3rd from 4:00pm-5:00pm

Where: Penn Farm- follow the trail from the parking lot to the field near the Admin building.

Bring: Water and a snack if you need one and dress for the weather!

Cost: Free with $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a Texas State Parks Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
