Winter Solstice Yoga and Sound Bath

Rejuvenate your body & spirit with us on the night of the Winter Solstice.

This combined yoga + sound bath experience will be an opportunity to rest & reflect on the year past & look forward to the year ahead.

Wear your cozy clothes/pjs.

Yoga flow led by Sam Cota, studio Owner. Wind down with a gentle practice that focuses on slow, comfortable movements. We will use bolsters and blocks to help support us. Our gentle unwind class is designed to be accessible for all levels.

Sound bath with Catherine Potter. Enjoy & absorb the healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls. Feel relaxed & relieve stress.
