Wed. Sept. 24th at 5:30pm for 1 hour followed by Wed. Oct. 1st at 5:30pm.
Kristin Iehl and Sarri Happel both Doctors of Physical Therapy, will be teaching.
Bring a friend. If you experience: pelvic pain, prolapse, pre/post delivery, incontinence, vaginal dysbiosis, pain with sex, stress or other pelvic floor area related issues, this class is for you. Highly educational with absolute practical applications you will take home that night to work on yourself!
