The Forge: Men’s Walk

Our Mens Walk is led by qualified Counsellor and experienced Men's Work Practitioner Blake Spencer. Blake will guide you through a mildly challenging walk, including a series of activities/experiences along the way.

This Men's Walk is designed to help you forge stronger connection with self, with others and with nature, as well as learn tools to navigate every day life with groundedness and confidence.

What to expect:

• Swimmers
• Slip on shoes - crocs, things etc
  
  What to bring:
• Small backpack
• Towel
• Water bottle
• Pen and paper just in case
