Join us for a Mountain Wellness Picnic, a mindful outdoor gathering designed to promote relaxation, creativity, and holistic well-being. Set against a serene mountain backdrop, this experience encourages participants to slow down, be present, and reconnect—with nature and with themselves.
This is a self-paced and judgment-free space. You may participate in activities, engage in meaningful conversations, or simply sit quietly and enjoy the view.
What to Bring
✔ Journal or notebook (for reflection or writing)
✔ Materials for a vision board or wellness notebook (e.g., magazines, printed images, quotes, glue, pens, scissors)
✔ Optional art materials for those who enjoy creative activities (such as sketching or painting)
✔ Reusable water bottle
If you prefer to relax, talk, or enjoy the scenery without doing any activity, that is completely fine.
Food & Drink Guidelines

Junk food is not allowed
Each participant is encouraged to bring:
One healthy food item to share
One fruit or light snack
