Hotel rooms have been blocked off for our event. When you are ready to book your hotel room, contact Ingrid and she will give the discount code/directions to follow for booking. There are other events happening at the hotel on the same weekend as ours - so we suggest booking your rooms earlier than later! ((Update: June 2025, there were less than 20 deluxe rooms available for the dates of 01-10 November))
We have LOTS of extras in the works like sight seeing excursions and extra training sessions with other grandmasters to help make this event UNFORGETTABLE!

For many reasons, with safety being the upmost important one, we have a form for all people attending the camp to fill out. We are asking for your 1) basic personal info of name/phone/email 2) Emergency Contact info 3) Travel dates 4) Fight information 5) Hotel information.
After that information is filled out, two waivers will appear for you to agree to by signing and dating them. First waiver is for the liability aspect and the second waiver is for any and all media during the camp.
