📝 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭
• Format: Swiss System for Teams
• Number of Rounds: 7
• Time Control: 15 + 5
• Local ratings for September 2025 will be used as ratings.
🛠️ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 / 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Each team must consist of 3 players.
• The team’s average rating must not exceed 2050. Decimal values will be rounded down.
• A rating ceiling of 2400 will be applied. Players rated above 2400 will be considered as 2400.
• A rating floor of 1800 will be applied. Unrated players or those rated below 1800 will be considered as 1800.
• Board assignments will be based on the ratings. The highest-rated player must play on Board 1, the second-highest on Board 2, and so on.
• In the event that two or more players have the same rating, the team may choose the board order among those players at their discretion.
• Teams must finalize their lineup prior to the start of the event, after which the board order will be considered final and unchangeable throughout the tournament.

To register simply follow these steps:
1. Registration Fee
• P1,500 - Regular/Onsite
• P1,200 - Team with a CEPCAN Member in 'Good Standing'
• P1,000 - All-Lady / All-U20 Team

📌 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• FIDE Laws of Rapid Chess shall be applied.
• Any players caught cheating including match fixing will be forfeited for that game. Match fixing includes point shaving (giving away the game), any form of collusion (one money), and other forms of cheating.
• We encourage players to report any suspicious activities. This will help us organize quality tournaments in the future.
• Organizers have the right to refuse registration from players with past history of cheating.
