Stretch your body and meditate with the serene views around you, and connect with like-minded souls. This day is yours—do what nourishes your mind, body and soul. Let this be your sacred pause—a return to presence.

Our days will flow with gentle group gatherings — Paper Making, Yoga & Sound bath. Between these moments is the sp ce between — time that is yours to rest, create, & simply be. There is no right way to spend it. This retreat offers a soft structure, while leaving space for you to choose your own rhythm.
