Cavite Medical Center, in partnership with Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter, invites you to our Blood Donation Drive this coming:

🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 CMC Board Room
By donating blood, you can help save lives and give hope to patients in need. ❤️
✅ Who can donate?
Healthy individuals, 18–60 years old
Blood pressure: 90/140 (systolic) and 70/90 (diastolic)
Weight: at least 110 lbs (50 kgs)
Hemoglobin: Female ≥ 12.5 g/dL | Male ≥ 13.5 g/dL
💡 Reminders before donating:
🍽 Eat breakfast
💧 Drink plenty of water
🚭 Avoid smoking and alcohol before donation
😴 Get enough rest
💡 After donating:
🛌 Rest for a few minutes
💧 Drink water
🍹 Avoid alcohol, coffee, and soft drinks for 24 hours
💪 Don’t lift heavy objects with the donating arm
