New Moon Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath

Let's align our physical and subtle bodies with the cycle of the moon 🌙 and let go of the past while setting the best of intentions for the future ✨️

This session will be a Restorative Yoga style class where we will hold the poses for longer amounts of time, with the addition of sound therapy during each pose! Encouraging an environment to go inward to take the time for ourselves to process and align with the new season of life. There will be opportunities for journaling to give life to our intentions and process through what we may need to let go. If you have a favorite journal, please bring it! If not, we will have materials for you to use.

The hardest part of selfcare is showing up.
