Kick off your weekend with good vibes and yoga highs hosted by Atomic Lab Lounge, the coolest lounge in the valley.

Float through a series of infused stretches and mindful moments led by DW, your YogaHighYoga teacher. Come early to shop for treats to ignite during pre-yoga festivities, and enjoy a mocktail with your down dog during class.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel or both.

Expect chill yoga that's good for beginners and aspiring yogis at all levels. People of all body types are welcome. It's good vibes only and a total no-judgment
