About the event

The Healing Combination of Yoga & Reiki

The session will combine yoga and reiki to create an afternoon of healing movement and relaxation. Gentle yoga and breath work, yin yoga, restorative poses and yoga Nidra. Group and individual reiki treatment throughout. Hosted by Mel’s Yoga and Reiki with Karen.
