The State of the (non)City: Castro Valley’s Path to Incorporation

For the past two years, our group has studied the feasibility of cityhood, consulting experts in government, finance, and development while hearing directly from neighbors about their experiences with county bureaucracy.

This gathering will share what we’ve learned, the opportunities ahead, and how incorporation could shape Castro Valley’s future.
