The Pine Beetle Pageant is back in 2025!

Two pageant times held:
10 AM (Baby Toddler, Tiny, Little)
1 PM (Petit, Junior, Teen, Miss)
Location: Castor High School Gymnasium
Entry Fee: $30 first child; $25 each additional child in household
$5 Entry fee into pageant (contestant and one person get in free)

Toddler Miss (2-3 years)
Tiny Miss (4-5 years)
Little Miss (6-7 years
Petite Miss (8-10 years)
Junior Miss (11-13 years)
Teen Miss (14-16 years)
Miss (17-19 years

The winner of the Miss Pine Beetle Queen title will receive a $500 scholarship to continue education post-high school (must provide proof of enrollment).
One practice will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 6:00 PM at CHS gym. If a contestant cannot make the practice, there will be no time provided to practice on pageant day.
Contestants must have never been married or have children.
Awards given in each group will be: Queen, 1st Alternate, 2nd Alternate, and Audience Choice
****Contestants may decorate a box with an open slot and one picture so their family and friends can put money in it to "vote" for them. The contestant of each session/time with the most money will be awarded Audience Choice. (All proceeds will be donated to the Pine Beetle Festival).
If a contestant has already won the queen title in a category, she may not win the same title again. (i.e. cannot win Petite Miss two times).
Pageant wear is acceptable. (Sunday best is allowed for Baby and Toddler Miss only.)
All divisions will be judged on Fashion, Poise, Personality, and Appearance. Teen and Miss contestants will have an on-stage interview, and Miss will have a "surprise question".
