Walk 5K a Day

Autism NI’s Walk 5k a Day 2026 is an inspiring annual initiative designed to raise vital funds for local autism services across Northern Ireland.

For one month, we are challenging our supporters to walk or run 5k each day. The 2026 challenge promotes physical wellbeing while helping to raise essential funds for local autism services. We are encouraging all supporters to raise £100 each towards our support services. By taking part, you will also help spread understanding, acceptance, and inclusion within your community.

This challenge is open to everyone and encourages supporters to get up and moving! Whether you take an extra walk in the evening with your family, go out for a stroll at lunch time at work, or get your steps in at the gym; this is a challenge to suit all walkers at every level.
