Daisypicker ‘Mess Around’ album launch (Castlemaine) with Aplegate!

Come celebrate the release of Daisypicker’s debut folk-grunge album ‘Mess Around’ at the Bridge, Friday 12th September, 2025! On the second stop of their mini tour, they will be joined in Castlemaine by local psych rock legends Aplegate.

Hailing from Castlemaine and Ballarat, Daisypicker recorded ‘Mess Around’ at all analogue studio Sound Recordings on Dja Dja Wurrung Country in early 2025. The album captures the band’s distinctive hard-hitting instrumentation and contemplative lyricism, creating a unique space where sensitivity shakes hands with catharsis. They are excited to finally share it with you!

This event will take place on the land of the Dja Dja Wurrung people. We would like to pay our respects to the elders past and present, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded - always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
