Fall Community Hike

Join West Kootenay Hiking author Abby Wilson for a fall community hike to enjoy the autumn colours and celebrate the end of hiking season.

This is a free event, but space is limited. Please register with a ticket below for each family/group member.

Mel Deanna Trail, Castlegar
5.8km, limited elevation gain
Pace will be slow and family-friendly
Please dress for the weather and pack a lunch. Binoculars and a flashlight are also great for this trail! Event is free, but donations are encouraged for the Castlegar Parks & Trails Society.

Important: your safety is your own responsibility! Please come prepared and ensure you have the physical fitness for the trail.
