Join us for our 2nd annual Sustainability Fair!
The WCEA Sustainability Fair will help educate community members of the South Hills of Pittsburgh about the many sustainable options that are available to help them lead a greener way of life that they otherwise might not have known even existed or was readily accessible to them.
Last year’s event included over 30 vendors and environmental organizations and had over 150 visitors!
We will also have a kids craft table and we will be collecting the following items for recycling:
+Ink and toner cartridges
+Markers, crayons, and pens
+Reasonably clean, worn out athletic shoes
+Clean durable medical equipment (canes, walkers, wheelchairs, bed rails, crutches)
+Clean plastic film and packaging, and single use plastic bags
+Clean used hand towels, bath towels, and blankets of all sizes for use in local animal shelters
